The Blue Bar System has more ionizing power than any shockless static bar available. This means that you get the highest possible level of static elimination. Blue Bars use a new, patented technology which allows the bar to produce greater amounts of ions, and project the ions greater distances than other bars. The bars high output also makes it effective on web speeds up to 2,500 feet per minute and often allows the bar to be mounted at distances up to 6” (or more) way from the target material. The Blue Bars rigid structure allows for easy mounting over very wide webs. The open channel design makes cleaning a snap.

There are several models of Blue Bars Static Control Systems to choose from. The R50 Blue Bar has a fixed high voltage cable. The Blue Bar HL has the same features as the R50 and is UL/CUL listed for use in Class I (Division 1 and 2, Group D), Class II (Division 1 and 2, Group G) and Class III (Division 1 and 2) hazardous locations. The R50 Blue Bar is also available in a moisture resistant version. The Blue Bar MR (moisture resistant) will withstand occasional contact with water, such as splashing or an infrequent washdown when an operator forgets to remove the bar from the wash down area. It will also function in high humidity environments.
