SIMCO has for sale a Model M2000 Contact Cleaning System. The system is a 60" unit, capable of cleaning a 57" wide web.
The unit is loaded with features:

The M2000 can remove particles down to 1 micron in size from a moving web. Performance evaluations show removal of 97% of particles down to 10 microns in size and removal of most particles to 1 micron in size.
The system uses a Contact Cleaning Roll ("CCR", also known as a "tacky roll") to remove loose surface dust and dirt from the web. The CCR is then cleaned by either a tape roll or by a separate, smaller CCR that automatically traverses across the CCR that is cleaning the web.
The Model 2000 - fully automatic cleaner handles web speeds to 2,000 fpm and uses a separate, smaller CCR to continuously and automatically traverse the length of the larger CCR that is cleaning the web. The smaller CCR is then automatically cleaned at pre-set intervals by a disposable moist cloth roll.
