Static Control on an Extrusion Line

SIMCO's Ionizing Blowers installed above the film directs the ionization at the film. Static charges are eliminated during the rewinding process, preventing ambient contaminants from being reattracted to the film.

As a result, neutralized materials stay clean and dust free, dramatically reducing slowdowns and rejected rolls, and improving overall product quality. The elimination of the static charge also eliminates “operator shock” to your employees.
