In addition, the PerforMAX works well in all types of applications and neutralizes even very high levels of static charges. It is particularly well suited for difficult applications, where a traditional static control bars may not be enough:

Winders and rewinders, where the material is often far away from the static bar due to web path restrictions
High speed webs — the PerforMAX can handle speeds up to 2500 feet per minute and more
Over open webs where it is inconvenient to locate the static bar close to the web
In applications where the operation of the static eliminator must be closely monitored

PerforMAX 3 Static Control System The NEW PerforMAX 3 is the most advanced static control system available for monitoring static neutralizing performance. PerforMAX3 provides outstanding extended range performance to eliminate static charges even when installed 2" to 10" from webs (depending on conditions), and up to 20" on winders. UL and C UL approved.

PerforMAX® IQ and PerforMAX® IQ HL The PerforMAX IQ is an intelligent air ionization system that enables the user to be in charge of static electricity. It is designed to efficiently neutralize electrostatic charges on films, paper, non-wovens and fabric in web or sheet form. Due to its high output and range, the PerforMAX IQ is also ideal for applications such as blow molding and injection molding. The PerforMAX IQ is also available in a version listed for use in Class 1, Division 1, Group D hazardous locations making it the perfect solution for solvent coating and rotogravure processes.

Blue Bar R50 Static Control Bar New Technology! A super high-output static control bar which can be mounted up to 6 inches away from the target material and can handle web speeds up to 2500 feet per minute and more. The R50 has a high voltage cable which is permanently attached to the static eliminating bar.

Blue Bar HL Static Control Bar The Blue Bar HL provides static control on webs at speeds to 2,500 fpm at 1” and can be mounted up to 6” from the web at slower speeds. This makes it the most powerful shockless static eliminator UL listed for use in Class I (Division 1 and 2, Group D), Class II (Division 1 and 2, Group G) and Class III (Division 1 and 2) hazardous locations.

Blue Bar R51 Static Control Bar New Technology! The R51 has a high voltage cable which can be detached from the static control bar.

MESB125 Static Control Bar Brass encased, very rigid "hot" static control bar (1 1/4" in diameter). Excellent for static elimination in medium and heavy industrial applications where a very high output bar is needed.
