A Transvector with Blue Bar R50 Static Control Bar provides a highly efficient "air knife" or "curtain" of static eliminating air for superior cleaning and static elimination. Best of all, we combine the proven performance of Simco Static Bars and the new and improved patented Vortec Curtain Transvectors. Operating alone, The Blue Bar is a super high-output, rugged, shockless static control bar which can be used in almost any application requiring a static bar. The bar is especially useful for high speed applications and is effective at web speeds of 2500 feet per minute or more. The bar delivers long range static elimination, and can be located up to 6 inches (and sometimes more!) from the target material.

Label Application - Eliminates dust, dirt and static charges for better label placement and adhesion.Bottle Filling - Eliminates dust from exterior of bottles.Injection Molding - Ionized air directed into mold cavity causes parts to release.
